At Kathey’s Kakes Unlimited, we give individual attention to each
boxed lunch that we prepare. Each box contains either one
sandwich, two side items, and one dessert or a main dish salad with
one dessert.

For groups of 10 or less, you may choose one sandwich,

two side items and one dessert.

For groups of 11-25 people, you may choose two
sandwiches, two sides and two desserts.

For groups of 26-50 people, you may choose three
sandwiches, three sides and two desserts.

For groups larger than 50, please talk with an employee at
Kathey’s Kakes for your options.

Gourmet Sandwiches

Chicken Salad Croissants – Kathey’s gourmet homemade recipe on a
fresh croissant with leaf lettuce. * The chicken salad may also be served
as a wrap.
Club Sandwich – ham, turkey, two cheeses, lettuce and tomato, on
wheat
and white bread, picked with green olives.
Turkey Sandwich with Cranberry Salsa – turkey on specialty bread
with
homemade cranberry salsa on the side to top the sandwich.
Submarine Hero – ham, turkey, bologna, salami, cheese, red onion,
and
romaine lettuce between a hoagie roll.
English Tuna Salad – tuna salad with thinly sliced cucumbers,
sprouts and
spinach on a sub bun.
Roast Beef Roll-up - thin slices of roast beef, Havarti cheese,
lettuce,
sprouts and horseradish mustard rolled up in a plain or sundried
tomato
flour tortilla.

Gourmet Salads

Chef Salad – variety of salad greens topped with a generous portion of
ham, turkey, cheese, tomatoes and boiled eggs.
Cobb Salad – variety of salad greens topped with rows of chicken,
cheese,
cucumber, onion, tomatoes, and avocados. (Other ingredients may
be added according to availability.)
Chicken Rice Salad – a warm combination of chicken, wild rice,
artichokes,
black olives and green peppers. Served on boston lettuce. May also
be served cold.
Spinach Strawberry Salad - baby spinach covered with fresh
strawberries,
blueberries, toasted English walnuts, fresh sliced mushrooms, and
topped with crumbled goat cheese. Comes with a homemade poppy
seed dressing or strawberry walnut vinaigrette.

Side Dishes

Marinated Vegetable Salad - carrots, onions, green beans, green peas,
corn, bell peppers and celery marinated in a sweet vinaigrette.
Italian Pasta Salad - tri-color rotini pasta tossed with broccoli, yellow
squash, tomatoes, black olives, parmesan cheese and Italian
dressing.
Fresh Fruit Salad - the freshest fruits available tossed with a special fruit
sauce.
Potato Salad - Kathey's homemade blend of potatoes, boiled eggs, bell
peppers, celery and certain spices with a mayonnaise base.
Italian Garden Salad - slices of tomato, cucumber and onion with fresh
mozzarella in a balsamic vinaigrette.
Broccoli, Carrot, Raisin, Apple Salad - a twist on the traditional
Broccoli, Peanut, Raisin Salad. All four items tossed in a
mayonnaise dressing.

Desserts

Triple Chocolate Brownies - a thick layered brownie with three different types of chocolate. Melt
        in your mouth greatness!
Chess Bars - also known as Gooey Cake, this is a mouth-watering combination of powdered
           sugar, cream cheese, butter and yellow cake.
Cheesecake Cupcakes - our own homemade cheesecake in cupcake form, with cherry topping.
7-Layer Bars - graham cracker crumbs, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut flakes and
              chopped nuts make a dessert bar for the ultimate sweets lover!
