dressing.
Fresh Fruit Salad - the freshest fruits available tossed with a special fruit
sauce.
Potato Salad - Kathey's homemade blend of potatoes, boiled eggs, bell
peppers, celery and certain spices with a mayonnaise base.
Italian Garden Salad - slices of tomato, cucumber and onion with fresh
mozzarella in a balsamic vinaigrette.
Broccoli, Peanut, Raisin Salad - All three ingredients tossed in a mayonnaise

Chef Salad – variety of salad greens topped with a generous portion of
ham, turkey, cheese, tomatoes and boiled eggs.
Cobb Salad – variety of salad greens topped with rows of chicken, cheese,
cucumber, onion, tomatoes, and avocados. (Other ingredients may
be added according to availability.)
Chicken Rice Salad – a warm combination of chicken, wild rice, artichokes,
black olives and green peppers. Served on boston lettuce. May also
be served cold.
Spinach Strawberry Salad - baby spinach covered with fresh strawberries,
fresh sliced mushrooms, boiled egg slices, mung bean sprouts and slices of
red onion. Comes with a homemade poppyseed dressing.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad - romaine lettuce topped with grilled chicken,
sundried tomatoes, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese and homemade croutons.
Comes with Casear dressing.
